Our adult Dachshunds are available to approved loving homes- local preferred.

You can view some of our featured adults pictured here, but be aware that not all available young adults are featured on our website. 

Please use the form below to check with us on all adult dogs that are currently available and to start the process. Please also take the time to carefully review our adoption policies.

If you have recently purchased a new Dachshund, please allow us up to 48-hours to remove the them from our website before contacting us regarding. It will usually be done much quicker, and we thank you for your understanding. 

Available Featured Adults 

Our Featured Adults have been evaluated for placement in a home environment and are great candidates! They are up to date on vaccinations, worming, and heartworm prevention.  If interested, you’ll have to come to the farm to meet us and make sure you and the dog are a good fit. We will not ship.

The pictured adult Dachshunds are available to approved homes.  Please feel free to fill out one of our applications to see if you qualify to be approved as an owner.  To be approved, all adoption requirements apply.

Learn More About Our Available Dachshunds

Splendor Farms Dachshunds are bred for loving homes and the show ring.  Most of our pups come from Champion bloodlines so even if you don’t want to show, you are getting a Dachshund with correct conformation and good healthy bloodlines.

Splendor Farms Dachshunds are placed in approved homes only. You must submit a completed application to be considered for a Splendor Farms Dachshund. Our dogs mean the world to us and you must be prepared and willing to make a 12 to 18-year commitment.

All Dachshunds come with a package of goodies unique to them.

Splendor Farms does not ship adult dogs. You will need to either meet us at the farm or fly to the New Orleans or Gulfport-Biloxi airport, where we will meet you at the airport terminal with your dog waiting when you arrive. Note that there is a $100.00 fee for airport delivery to cover the added time and gas.
