A new addition to Splendor Farms, "La Petite Maison" (The Little House) is a fully furnished private guest apartment that can sleep as many as eight (8) people.
Perfect for families or small groups, it features a full kitchen, comfortable living
and dining areas (see photos below), air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD and VHS.
Has one queen bed, one queen blow-up bed on a platform, and one full blow-up bed.
Dishes, silverware, linens, pool and bath towels, and spa robes are all included.
The guest apartment has
a two-night minimum stay requirement.

The kitchen, which overlooks our ponds and pastures, has a refridgerator, stove, microwave, pots and pans, and dishes and silverware for 8 people

*Rates are based on double occupancy. An extra charge of $50.00 per night applies for each additional person. For kids age 5 through 12, extra charge is $40.00 per night.
